Someone asked Bill Gates: "Everyone knows that you come to the top (Diablo 3 Gold), and can you tell us what the secret of success is? Can you share some with us?" Bill Gates answered: "because there are many successful men working for me." A famous Successful scientist said: "at the beginning, we should work for successful people, and secondly cooperate with them. Finally, try best to let them me, but unfortunately, I am not familiar with them, and can not work for them, let alone ask them to work for me. Maybe you will say that I do not have confidence, actually, I have no such power and competition. I only appreciate the cooperation most. In the future, if I want to cooperate with someone on the business, I think people whom I want to cooperate with should have those characters: firstly, they should not be reconciled to what they do not like. The most danger is no sense of crisis, and the most serious trap is satisfaction. We should not see the world shortsighted but from long-term. Secondly, they should have strong ability to learn. The world is changing at any time. If they can not learn the new things timely, they do not remain invincible in such fierce competition. At last, I believe that no one will cooperate with people who can only image. They do not do it, how they can know the result? Therefore, once we set goals, we will take action no matter it will be successful or not, at least, we do it – it is the most important to us.
