The United States Supreme Court justices ruled that race can be included in a decision in the hiring process of any job in the United States of America because there are people who continue to discriminate and shun the hiring of people based on their color (Diablo 3 Gold).
We must see that people are often not hiring people of color due to their predudices and this OP post and responses shows this thing called predijudce is still alive.
More schools and universities need to hire people of color in teaching jobs and in leadership roles.
For example, take California Department of Education. Would it not have been good to hire a Hispanic or Black persons to run the Department of Education (Diablo 3 Gold)?
